Returns/Exchanges can be made within 14 business days of receiving your item(s). Exchanges or store credit ONLY. No refunds will be issued. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Local Pickup orders must be picked up within 14 days or they’re ineligible for a return.

Returns MUST be unwashed, with the tags still on (in the way we originally put the tags on). Returns will NOT be accepted if this criteria is not met. Items with pet hair and/or odor will not be returnable, as they are not able to be resold. Buyer must pay shipping on returns and exchanges.

NO return/exchanges on earrings or open jewelry. NO returns/exchanges on masks. 

•LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments, please contact your local post office. Any packages returned to us as undeliverable will be re-shipped at customer expense. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the U.S. Postal Service to file a claim within 14 business days. We will work with customers to replace packages after sending us a copy of a filed police report.
